SINGLE PLY
Single ply roofing systems are a single ply membrane made from flexible sheets of synthetic polymer.
There are three main types of polymer used in single ply roofing systems, Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM).
All single ply systems offer:
DURABILITY
UV RESISTANCE
FIRE RETARDANCY
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
ECO-FRIENDLINESS

TPO Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefin, or TPO, is a thermoplastic membrane roofing system originally introduced in the 1990’s and has grown to be one of the most, if not the most, popular commercial and industrial installation.
These highly reliable, yet cost effective roofing systems are fully adhered or mechanically attached. TPO membranes are also available for hybrid systems with multiple plies as well as fleeced-back applications.

PVC Roofing
Polyvinyl Chloride, PVC, is a thermoplastic membrane roofing system and has a long history of performance. These systems are on the expensive side of the single ply market however, performance against chemicals, industrial pollutants, and harsh environments make this system more cost-effective in the long term.

EPDM Roofing
Ethylene propylene diene monomer, or EPDM, is commonly called Rubber Roofing and is a thermoset membrane that requires tapes or glues in the seams. EPDM or rubber roofing has performed for many decades and has proven to be a long-lasting roof system. The attachments are ballasted, fully adhered, or mechanically attached.
